We live, we work, we eat, we sleep, we do number of things in our day to day life. The normal and basic things we do in our day to day life is easy for us. So we don't notice anything. It just goes on. To make things clear let me give you an example, when you walk on the streets, whether you are going for jogging, your work, or for anything else, do you notice vividly your surroundings? I guess no, because who will love to notice the same trees at the side of the same street you come across. It is not a new thing for you. Everyone is busy with their work, they even forgot what it feels like to notice and feel the enviornment around you.
Everyone only feels the nature when they take holidays and goes for vacation, then they feel it. Vacation is awesome, but we should try to feel the nature that we come across everyday. It is an awesome feeling, believe me. Try it. When you notice and feel the nature around you, it purifies the mind. It feels like you have woke up from a deep sleep. Observing everything around you is also a skill. It increases our concentration and also makes us feel good.
