When we understand our own mind
Try to understand how all this works. Try to find out whatever is happening, what is the cause of it and what can you do to solve it? For example, when we are sad, try to understand your mind. Why you are sad, sadness is a state of mind. You can control it, you just have to know it. It's your mind, you can change your current state of mind. Observe what is really going inside your head, observe every thoughts. When you will be able to see all of your thoughts then you will know how to control it. You will know how to control your mind as you will know how it works. It's like meditation, try it. Take some time, pause for some minutes and observe all of your thoughts. You will know more about yourself, you will be able to change your mind and most importantly you will be able to control your mind.
