How can we extend our life?


We all want to extend our life. But no one wants to change themselves. They maintain the same lifestyle which they are following for months. Eat healthy, remove all bad behaviors like smoking, drinking too much alcohol, not exercising and not eating enough fruits and vegetables. Always try to stay satisfied. Keep yourself busy, staying busy can burn a lot of calories. Do exercises regularly, especially intense exercises. Researchers say intense exercises can add up to four years of life. Many people start doing exercises but after some time they leave it. Don't give up after exercising for some days, continue it even if you don't feel like it. People who do exercises regularly stays fit, which makes them look young even at old age and they live longer.

Go out in the sun. Don't just sit around all day watching TV. People who spend more time sitting in their homes have more chance of dying. So go out get some sun, warm yourself up and never stay all the time in the house. Talk to people, have a strong and a good network of friends and family. Research shows that staying lonely can increase the risk of heart diseases. So become a social person. If you are not, then at least try to become one. Loneliness can cause depression, which is bad for health. So get rid of it.

Drink a lot of water and eat properly everyday. In our day to day life, people drink very less water. They are so busy in their life, they don't have time for eating food and water. People are always in rush. Take some time to eat and drink. Eat your meal properly, drink enough water, but slowly. Stay happy, avoid all the stress in the world. Stress will come but don't let it stay in your life for every second. A happy person is a healthy person. Do those things which makes you happy, be happy and make others happy. Do meditation, it can help you get rid of stress and increase your intelligence. It will make your mind ready for any kind of situation.
