Why walking is good for you?

Walking on daily basis can change your life. It strengthens our heart and reduces our risk of heart diseases and stroke. Walking everyday at least for thirty minutes helps us to prevent high blood pressure that causes strokes. It also reduces the risk of many diseases like diabetes and even cancer and for those people who want to lose fat and get a normal body, walking can reduce their weight.

Older people who walk six miles or more per week are more likely to avoid brain shrinkage and preserve memory as the years pass. Since dementia affects one in 14 people over 65 and one in six over 80, i reckon that’s a pretty great idea. Walking also tones up legs, bums and tums. While walking we also get Vitamin D as we go outside. It is a perfect way to enjoy and diminish Vitamin D deficiency. It provides you energy as it boosts circulation and increases oxygen supply to every cell in your body, helping you to feel more alert and alive. Happiness is also important. Walking also makes you happy as exercise boosts your mood. It reduces stress and anxiety. So walk everyday, it is good for both your mental and physical health. Be healthy, be strong.
