How to increase your brain cells?


The brain cells are called neurons. It helps us in learning and to store memory. Some believe that adults doesn't grow new neurons, but it isn't true. Adults can grow neurons. People who eat healthy food, maintain their diet and learn new things, they grow new neurons. While people who have an unhealthy life style and stay idle most of the time, are not able to grow new neurons. Things which helps us grow, which gives us pleasure makes our brain cells grow. So always do those things which gives you pleasure and keep learning. If you stop learning, you will stop there, your intelligence won't grow.
As our body needs exercise to stay fit, our brain also needs some exercise to stay healthy and strong. Always exercise your brain, learn and experience new things. As you will keep learning new things, your brain cells will start to grow, you will become more smarter. You will be able to figure out solutions for your problems. Your decision making skill will be very good and you will also learn to control your emotions. You will have a good memory. You will remember things very much easier. Don't do those stuffs which decreases your growth of brain cells like getting stressed, sleep deprivation, etc.

With old age brain cells doesn't grow as much it does in the adult age, but don't worry. Keep learning and do the things you like, you will grow. Be inspired and stay positive. Life has many things to teach you. It's okay if you have done mistakes, learn from it. Those are experiences which makes you mature and strong.
Exercise your brain, eat healthy food, and have a good balanced life, life will be easier for you.
