We all find very hard to concentrate sometimes. Even when we do something we like, makes us bored, if we do that very much, i mean for a very much long time. Human minds always want something new. We keep on searching for new things to entertain ourselves, to feel something different. That is a human brain's problem, it can't concentrate on a same thing for long time. So try taking mini breaks during your work. Mini breaks helps us to make our mind fresh and start again.
Our brain finds it hard when it continously focuses on a single thing for a very long time. Even if you sit and try to concentrate, you will not be able to concentrate 100%. You will feel tired and distracted. So make a habit of taking mini breaks. Remember mini breaks, not long breaks. Mini breaks are just to clear your mind. Long breaks will make you lazy, you will feel reluctant to work again. That's bad, so long breaks are not good, as it makes us weak and lazy. Yes you will get rid of your tiredness, but you will be not motivated to work.
So take mini breaks, make your mind fresh and increase your level of concentration. It will be less useful when you are not giving your 100%.
So always give your 100% with your full concentration.
