How many times we smile in a day? Ten times, five times or none at all. People who smile most, stays both physically and mentally healthy in their life. That's why only those people stays happy who wants to be happy. In today's busy life, most of the people smile very less. Only kids smile more. Why? Because they don't have any stress, they have all the time in the world. That's why they stay happy most of the time.
Try smiling everyday, even if you don't feel like it. Smile when you are lonely and also to others. Smiling to others makes a nice presence and a good impression on the other person. When you will try smiling to yourself and others, your all of the stress in the world will start to disappear. You will feel awesome and energetic and most importantly confident in front of everyone. It reduces your blood pressure and extends your life. Scientists say that only those people live longer who smile a lot in their life. As smiling makes you happy, it increases your focus and keeps your mind at peace.
Make a routine to smile everyday. Smile everyday, at least for a minute, but couple of times a day. Whenever you feel angry or sad, try smiling at that moment. Your mood will begin to change. Yeah, it is difficult to smile in harsh situations, but fake it until you make it. If not, at least hold a pen in your mouth to make a smiling pose. Once you start to do that, after some moment you will feel like smiling for real. Staying happy keeps us away from number of diseases, so stay happy. Smile triggers happiness, so practice it. Change your mood by smiling when you feel down. You already have the power to change your mind, just smile. Smile until you really feel like smiling. Be happy and make people around you happy.
